When you use the contact form, Macrotra receives the name, organisation, email address and message you enter. That information is used for one purpose: to read and answer your enquiry.
Your submission is stored so the enquiry is not lost, and a notification is sent to the Macrotra desk. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a request you chose to send. A one way cryptographic hash of your IP address is kept to limit automated abuse; the address itself is not stored.
Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. You may ask for your enquiry and its record to be deleted at any time by replying to the email you receive from us, and it will be removed.
